Your goal is to build muscles or to maintain them as well as possible in a diet?

Then you should read on now. Protein is the third main nutrient after carbohydrates and fats. Proteins are basically building blocks for our body. They are involved in muscle building and maintenance and stabilize tissues, organs and the immune system. Without these building blocks, you can't build a house (your body).

So if you want to specifically build muscle mass, make sure you follow these 3 tips daily:

  • 50% / 50% should be the ratio of vegetable to animal proteins.
  • Between 1.2 - 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day.
